Avoid this company.I ordered 13 bras, all in the exact same size. Shockingly, only about half of them fit, while the others were completely off. This clearly shows a serious lack of consistency in their sizing and quality control. The real nightmare started when I tried to return the items. Instead of honoring their return policy, customer service repeatedly pushed me to keep products I can’t use and offered a ridiculous 25% refund. When I refused, they provided an incomplete return address that multiple shipping companies would not accept. I spent over 10 days chasing them for the missing information needed to ship the package. Their response? Other customers had supposedly managed to ship there, and they refused to provide any additional details. At this point, I still have unwanted items, no refund, and no workable return solution. The website makes the company appear far more customer-friendly than my experience suggests. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering an order to think twice, especially if you may need to make a return.
